How free is "free"? Dedicated hosting provider Uplinkearth acquired by Hostopia

I always stay a few steps ahead of rising expectations. I used to focus on the important domain names web hosting. In this field, it is hard to find a good explanation today that doesn't claim to be a best answer. Hostopia, a leading web services provider for small to medium businesses declared that Luxomovera, Uplinkearth operator, agreed to sell its customer assets. According to the agreement, Uplinkearth's 12,500 business customers will be transferred to Hostopia. Hostopia announces that it will provide these customers under Uplinkearth brand.
